***Due to covid-19, processing and shipping times are delayed. Please allow an ADDITIONAL 3 business days for processing (6 Business days total), and an ADDITIONAL 5 business days for shipping. RoyalT Styles, LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays. All shipping times are estimates, and FED-EX and USPS have cancelled guaranteed delivery commitments. Please note that Orders may NOT be cancelled or altered after your order has been processed. Please see our shipping and return policies for more information.***

Returns & Exchanges
If we fail to meet your expectations upon arrival and you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately. Our contact information is below and it's also on your receipt. Please DO NOT play with the hair , install the hair or disturb the pattern of the bundles. If you use, play with, or install the hair the hair is NON-REFUNDABLE.
*All sale items, items purchased with a discount code and items paid with any form of Payment arrangements are NON-REFUNDABLE and can not be exchanged or modified.
If there are any discrepancies with you order we require all merchandise purchased to be returned to us please contact us for instructions. The hair purchased can be sent back for verification and for the exchange to be made or store credit to be issued if granted by Royal-T Styles.
Unopened and Unused items
Unopened and Unused items can be exchanged for full value within 3 days of delivery this does not include any custom items, sale items, items purchased with a discount code or items paid with any form of Payment arrangements. After this 3 day grace period, full value may only be issued at the company's discretion (please see restocking section below). Royal-T Styles will take any responsibility for any errors made on the order. We will cover the shipping cost for the return of the item and any errors made by Royal-T Styles.
If the buyer makes a mistake on the order and wants an exchange the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost for the return or the exchange if one is granted. (this does not apply to orders processed by payment arrangements)
Please note that we handle all returns and exchanges on a case by case basis and a refund or exchange maybe granted at our company's discretion. It is our understanding that not every situation can be listed or mentioned in the paragraphs above and we would hate to do our customers a disservice this is why we handle everything on a case by case basis.
Custom Items
Any customizations we perform or construct on behalf of a customer voids any returns or exchanges. All Sales are final on all custom items this includes but is not limited to single bundles, bundle deals, wigs, custom wigs, ready to wear wigs, closures, frontals, and merchandise. Custom items are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.
Untraceable / Lost Packages
Royal-T Styles will not be held responsible for lost packages. Signature Confirmation is required with each shipment. Please make certain the shipping address listed on your order is accurate.
Cancellations
As a result of our processing time window, orders may not be cancelled after processing has occurred.
Restocking
If a customer places an order and decides to change their mind or wants to return the hair for any reason other than an error of the companies a restocking fee of 50% or higher will apply (percentage varies based on the item purchased). The restocking fee is subject to companies discretion not all orders apply (Some items are non-refundable and can not be restocked).
Payment Arrangements
All orders processed by payment arrangement are non-refundable and can not be exchanged or modified in any way. These products will not qualify for a refund or an exchange.
